The East Africa Youth Inclusion Program (EAYIP) Social Capital &Cluster Manager will be under the supervision of the EAYIP Country Program Manager and technical leadership and guidance from the Regional Gender and Social Capital Development Manager will be responsible for technical guidance to the Cluster coordinators on matters of gender, youth, group formation, group management, Cornerstones and project self-review and planning (PSRP) implemented using Heifer Project International’s (HPI’s) Values Based Holistic Community Development (VBHCD) approach. Working through the country program technical staff and other “partner” staff, he/she will provide support towards strengthening all the technical and social capital development (SCD) aspects. Additionally, he/she will provide leadership to the Cluster Managers in planning and implementing technical, gender mainstreaming and SCD strategies.
