What you will learn

This bootcamp covers the key principles, and supports you in the design of a behaviour change strategy to achieve improved nutrition behaviours in low-income markets. After this bootcamp, you will know which steps to take, and how to impact the nutrition practices of your low- income consumers target groups.

Structure of online bootcamp

The online course is structured in 4 modules and runs over a 4-week period, that’s why we call it a ‘bootcamp’! Each module consists of videos, background reading material and an assignment. On the module level there is room to interact with other course participants. A team of experts is available to provide feedback on the assignments submitted.

Target groups

This educational programme is positioned as a practical, introduction course on behavioral change, and is offered by the Amsterdam Initiative against Malnutrition (AIM). There are four main target groups:

  • “AIM practitioners”: staff of organisations and companies collaborating in various projects of the AIM portfolio
  • Entrepreneurs in developing countries who would like to get clarity on how to develop a behavioral change campaign, and how to realise the intended change in practice;
  • Staff of intermediary organisations working with MNE’s, local entrepreneurs, or investors to support effective market-based nutrition strategies for low-income markets;
  • Students in business related fields who would like to learn about the potential and practicalities of Behavioral Change in a BoP context
