What you will do
With your expertise, drive for change and entrepreneurial mindset you help our team excel in facilitating effective partnerships and our network in creating collective impact. You bring in your experience on cross-sector partnerships in global programme development and you coach our country network teams on their programme development. You will also have a specific thematic focus on ‘Circular Economy Agribusiness’. On your theme you build the relations with different stakeholders, seek for energy in our network and identify opportunities for collective impact.
Qualifications and Profile
Expertise on system transformation; ability to take a holistic perspective and identify strategic opportunities that require cross-sector partnerships
Talent, creativity and drive to design and strategically facilitate multi-stakeholder partnering processes for collective impact
The ability to connect to and understand the individual interest and goals of different types of stakeholders across geographical, cultural differences
At least 5 years relevant working experience on partnerships for impact, preferably in the agrifood field with focus on the role of the private sector. Working experience in Africa and/or Southeast Asia is also a plus.
Thorough understanding of the role of the private sector in contributing to sustainable development goals
Interest in, and preferably expertise with thematic challenges and opportunities on ‘circular economy agribusiness’
Knowledge and experience on key business issues that agripreneurs face in low and middle income countries in Africa and Southeast Asia
Effective communication skills (reading, speaking and written) in English. French is a plus
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

The salary is in scale 11 of the ‘CAO Sociaal Werk’, with attractive secondary benefits.
