The Africa Agribusiness Incubation Conference & Expo

Africa's largest spectacle and business platform in agribusiness incubation, the African Agribusiness Conference and Expo will be held again in Dakar, Senegal for another 3 days of pure business from 7th to 9th March, 2018.

High on the agenda is the role of agribusiness incubation and thematic side-events addressing existing bottlenecks to agribusiness development in Africa with the guiding theme of “Turning Science into Business.”

Like the inaugural edition, the second Africa Youth in Agribusiness Day will be hosted by the youth at the centre with all events tailor-made for the youth.

From 450 delegates in Nairobi, Kenya in 2015 to 900 in Accra Ghana 2016, this business boosting spectacle is calling for more seats to accommodate the demand come March 2018 in Dakar.

Africa agribusiness incubation conference and expo

Africa Agribusiness Incubation Network ( AAIN)  has prepared  "The Agribusiness Conference and Expo" which will take place in Dakar, Senegal between 8th to 10th November. 

And before the actual event the AAIN has prepared a Bootcamp which is a pre event which will take place before and during the conference on 7th November. The pre event offers coaching, mentoring, pitching conducted to select few leading ideas for future support. Read more HERE.

Installation de cinq fermes d’incubation à Kayes

Le centre Agro de Kayes a accueilli du 14 au 18 Février 2017, une importante mission conduite par le réseau AgriProFocus Mali dans le cadre de la facilitation d’une série de formation visant à accompagner la création de cinq fermes d’incubation dans la région de Kayes. AGRIPROFOCUS AT AGRF 2016-NAIROBI, Kenya,05th-10th September

The just concluded African Green Revolution forum organized by AGRA dubbed "Seize the moment: Securing Africa's rise through agricultural transformation" from 05TH -10TH September 2016, brought together more than 1000 delegates from across the world. The participation was drawn from Academia and research, Private sector, Governments and development organizations. AgriProFocus was glad to be represented by our own Managing director Mr Sander Mager, Kenya Country coordinator Ms. Maureen Munjua, the Youth in agribusiness thematic facilitator Mr. Alphaxrd Gitau and our very own young entrepreneur"Trendsetter Elizabeth Mbogo of Botanic Treasures.

AAIN has established the AAIF to support emerging businesses and Small to Medium Scale Incubators to deepen the outreach and impact of agribusiness incubation in Africa. Small to medium Scale Incubators have untapped potentials that can increase opportunities for jobs and wealth creation for small scale incubators in Africa.

The investment ranges from 5,000 - 50,000 USD.

Eligibility Criteria

For your application to be considered you have to;
