Linking ZOA to active farmers around Kampala

Under the ICCO AS4Y project, ZOA started development of a range of training videos.

These videos will be used at Vocational Training Institutes and youth organizations to provide technical support on enterprise production and create inspiration to venture into agri business.

The videos will be availed in English and translated into West Nile languages. Access will be open to the wider stakeholder community after final acceptance. Enterprises of interest are;

1. Apiculture

2. Tree Nursery Management

3. Horticulture: Tomato

4. Goat Rearing

5. Piggery

6. Poultry: Chicken

While most of the videos were shot in West Nile, ZOA is in need to redo the filming of some few shots for each of the above enterprises. They plan to film these shots closer to town. Consequently ZOA is in need to find 1 operational farmer in each of the above enterprises within a close distance to town who is willing to demonstrate his skills.

For those interested in this venture, kindly c
