On 30th and 31st, AgriProFocus Rwanda in partnership with KAYONZA District, Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Help a Child Rwanda, Rwanda Development Bank (BRD), ICCO Cooperation and World vision International Rwanda, organized "10th Agrifinance fair and Market linkage event" that took place in Eastern province of Rwanda, Kayonza district which is located in the center of the province and easily accessible. The main objective of the event is to address the information gap on financial services and to offer market linkage opportunities to the agripreneurs.

World Vision Rwanda’s ‘e-Hinga’, is a dynamic web and mobile-based application intended to help local farmers and extension agents with information on crop and livestock production and management practices, stood out as one of the most innovative products for community’ development today.
World Vision Rwanda’s ‘e-Hinga’ initiative was born under the Inzozi Nziza (Great Dream) Project after identifying a gap in agricultural extension services in Rwanda; an effort aimed at modernizing access to information that would positively influence investment decisions for smallholder farmers and, in the long term, provide better livelihoods for them and their families.

On 22nd, 23rd, 27th and 28th February, World Vision Rwanda in partnership with AgriProFocus Rwanda and Nyamagabe district organized a competition of "Best Innovative Small Scale projects in 2018". The competition was held in Nyamagabe district of Southern Province of Rwanda.
One of the World Vision’s missions is to facilitate the increased capacity of creating new jobs responding to economic issues and thereby increasing livelihood resilience. It is in this regard that World Vision Rwanda (Nyungwe Cluster) in partnership with AgriProFocus Rwanda and Nyamagabe district has organized this competition of the best innovative small scale projects to evaluate, support and promote innovative projects in the area.
